The case for it

When is Meta the right place to advertise?

When people are not searching for you yet. Google Ads catches someone who already typed the problem in. Meta puts the offer in front of the right person before they go looking, which is why the creative does most of the work and why it needs replacing every month.

  • It builds demand. Good for offers people did not know they wanted, new products, and anything that sells better shown than described.
  • Leads without a website visit. Meta Lead Forms collect the enquiry inside the app, so a slow site does not cost you the lead.
  • It brings people back. Retargeting shows a follow-up to people who watched, clicked or enquired and then went quiet.

What does Meta Ads management cost?

Management starts at R4 500 a month. Every price below is excluding ad spend, which you pay directly to Meta. What moves you up the range is how much you spend, how many campaigns run at once and how many new creatives are made each month.

These are management fees only. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta, the ad account stays in your name, and every plan runs on a three-month minimum term.

What will I actually pay?

Your plan follows your ad spend. Move the slider to what you expect to spend on ads each month and the numbers below update: the plan it puts you on, the monthly fee and the three-month minimum.

R25 000per month
R5 000R150 000
That is below the R7 500 we recommend as a minimum. Meta needs enough budget to learn who responds, and under that it usually cannot. We would rather say so now than after month one.
Growth
  • Monthly management feeR8 500
  • Three-month minimumR31 000

Our fees only. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta. Add-ons are not included in these figures.

Side by side

What is in each plan?

The full list, line by line. Three things are the same on every plan: the ad account is yours, tracking is set up before any money is spent, and the minimum term is three months.

The creative

Who makes the ads?

We do, and it is included. Every plan comes with new ad creatives and written copy variations each month, because on Meta an ad that worked in March is usually tired by May. The number depends on the plan: 4, 8 or 12 and up.

  • Static creatives are in the fee. Designed to the right sizes and safe zones for feed, Stories and Reels.
  • Copy is tested, not guessed. Each creative runs with 2 to 5 written variations so the numbers pick the winner.
  • Video is an add-on. Short ads of 15 to 30 seconds, edited from footage you supply. We do not send a film crew.
Add-ons

What can I add to a plan?

Reporting

How will I know it is working?

By what a lead cost you, not by reach or likes. Each plan reports one number that matters, and the further up you go the closer that number gets to an actual sale.

  • Launch: cost per lead. A monthly PDF showing what was spent and what each enquiry cost.
  • Growth: cost per qualified lead. Leads go into your CRM, so the report counts the ones worth phoning. Comes with a monthly strategy call.
  • Scale: cost per sales-qualified lead. Your sales outcomes are fed back to Meta, with a live dashboard and a call every two weeks.
Straight answers

What is not included, and what can't be promised?

Three things worth saying plainly: ad spend is separate and goes to Meta, no plan guarantees a number of leads, and the first month is partly a learning period, which is the reason for the three-month term.

Ad spend is separate

Your budget is billed by Meta to your own card. Our fee is for the work, and the two never sit on the same invoice.

No lead guarantees

What is committed is the work, the creatives and the reporting. Anyone promising a fixed number of leads does not control Meta's auction either.

Three months, for a reason

Month one finds out which audiences and creatives respond. Months two and three are where that gets used. Stopping after four weeks pays for the lesson and skips the result.

Questions, answered

Meta Ads questions we get asked most.

We recommend at least R7 500 a month in ad spend, on top of the management fee. Below that Meta rarely gets enough data to learn who responds, and you end up paying for a test that cannot finish. Launch is built for R7 500 to R10 000, Growth for R10 000 to R40 000, and Scale for R40 000 and up.

Not on Launch or Growth. Those are flat monthly fees whatever you spend. Scale is R15 000 a month or 15% of ad spend, whichever is greater, so the percentage only starts to apply once you spend more than R100 000 a month. At that level the account has more campaigns, more creatives and more to manage, and the fee follows the work.

Because one month is not a fair test. The first few weeks show which audiences and creatives respond, and the following two months are where that knowledge is used. A one-month trial tends to end right before the account gets efficient. After the three months it is your call whether to carry on.

You do, on every plan. The ad account, the Pixel, the audiences and the campaign history sit in your Meta Business account with us given access. If we stop working together you keep all of it.

If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads, because the intent is already there. If the offer needs to be seen to be wanted, or nobody is searching for it yet, Meta is the better first channel. Not sure which you are? The ads break-even calculator shows what a lead can cost before either stops making sense.

Not always. Meta Lead Forms collect enquiries inside Facebook and Instagram, so you can start without one. Where the offer needs explaining, a dedicated landing page usually produces better-qualified leads, and it is available as a R3 500 add-on.

No. Social media marketing is the posts on your own pages, published on a schedule. Meta Ads management is paid advertising shown to people who do not follow you yet. Plenty of businesses run both, and they are quoted separately.
