Your estimate

What would your project cost?

Pick what fits and the total updates as you go. Every figure below is the same one published on our pricing pages — nothing is marked up because you used a calculator.

What are you building?

A store means anything that takes payment online.

How many pages do you need?

Home, about, services, contact — that sort of count. A store's shop section is separate from this.

How many products?

Ten are included on every store package. Beyond that it's R350 per additional ten.

How would you rather pay?

The monthly option spreads the build cost but runs on a twelve month contract.

Do you need hosting?

If you already host somewhere you're happy with, keep it.

Do you want us looking after it?

Updates, backups and content changes handled after launch.

Anything on the marketing side?

One to start with. Most businesses add the rest later, if at all.

An estimate from standard packages, not a quote. Anything unusual — a booking system, an integration, a migration from somewhere awkward — is scoped separately. The quote form takes about five minutes and comes back with a real figure.

The variables

What would move the number?

Three things, mostly: how much of the content you already have, whether anything needs building rather than configuring, and whether an existing site has to be migrated. None of them are guesswork once we have seen the project.

Content and photography

Website copy and images come from you. If you need them produced, that changes the scope — and it is the most common reason a project takes longer than expected.

Anything custom

Booking systems, member areas, integrations with software you already run. Configuring is quick; building is quoted. Custom development

Migrating an existing site

Moving products, posts and redirects across so you keep the rankings you already have. Straightforward, but it is work. Store redesign

Questions, answered

Questions about the estimate.

Close, for a standard project. The packages are fixed and published, so if you need a five page website on hosting with a care plan, the number here is the number. It drifts when something unusual is involved, which is what the quote form is for.

Because the build happens up front regardless of how you pay for it. The monthly option spreads that cost rather than removing it, so it runs over twelve months. If you would rather owe nothing afterwards, the once-off option is cheaper overall.

No, and nobody's is. The management fee is what you pay us; what you spend with Google is separate and goes straight to them. Our break-even calculator works out whether that spend would pay for itself at your margin.

Then it falls outside the standard packages and gets scoped properly. The tool says "let's talk" rather than inventing a number, because a twenty page site and a forty page site are genuinely different jobs and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

No. Switch either off and watch the monthly figure drop. Plenty of clients host elsewhere or handle their own updates. We would rather you took only what you will use — see hosting and care pricing for what each one actually covers.

No. It runs in your browser and disappears when you close the tab, the same as the Scorecard tool and both calculators. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no email field.

The quote form takes about five minutes and covers the things an estimate can't guess at — your content, anything custom, and whether there's an existing site to move across.
