Request a quote

A quote built on your project, not a guess.

Tell us what you're building and we'll come back with real numbers against your actual requirements. It takes about five minutes, and the more you tell us, the closer the figure lands to the final one.

First things first

Do you actually need to fill this in?

Often not. Every price we charge is already published, so if you only want to know roughly what something costs, you can find that out without talking to anyone — and without giving us your details.

Just want the prices?

Every service page carries its tiers and figures in full. Websites from R2 750, stores from R6 000, hosting from R70. All services and prices

Want a figure in 30 seconds?

Answer a handful of questions and the quote tool does the sums for you, no details required and nothing sent to us. Instant quote tool

Use this form when…

The project has moving parts — a migration, a big catalogue, several services at once — and you want the real number rather than a range.

What's in it

What does the form ask for?

Four short sections, and almost all of it is optional. If something doesn't apply or you haven't decided yet, leave it blank — a gap tells us something useful too, and we'll fill in the rest when we come back to you.

General information

Who you are, how to reach you, and a line or two on what the business does. This is the only part we really need.

The website itself

Whether it's a standard site or a store, roughly how many pages, how many products, and which pieces you already have. Web design

Hosting and support

Whether you need hosting, if you're starting fresh or moving from somewhere else, and what happens to the site after launch. Hosting and care

Marketing and SEO

Only if you want it costed now. Plenty of people start with the website alone and add search or ads later. SEO

The form

Tell us about the project.

Take what you need from it and skip the rest. Only the first section is required — everything after that simply sharpens the number we send back.

After you send it

What happens once you've sent it?

A real quote from a person, within one business day, and no sales sequence behind it. If something you've asked for isn't work we should be doing, we'll say that instead of quoting for it anyway.

01
Same day

Someone reads it

It goes to the people who would do the work, not into a queue. If a detail is missing or something looks contradictory, we ask rather than assume the expensive option.

02
One day

You get the numbers

Costed against the published pricing, broken down so you can see what each part costs and drop anything you don't want. No single lump sum you have to take on trust.

03
Optional

A call if it helps

Thirty minutes if there's a lot to work through, or if the quote needs reshaping. Plenty of projects never need one and we won't push for it.

04
Your call

You decide, or you don't

Take it, change it, or leave it. Nothing is booked until you say so, and you won't hear from us on a schedule afterwards.

Before you send it

Questions about getting a quote.

No. The contact details and a sentence about the business are the only parts we genuinely need. Everything else is there to make the quote more accurate, so answer what you know and leave the rest. An unanswered question is not a problem — a guessed answer is worse, because we would quote against it.

You can, and for most projects you should. Every tier and figure is on the services pages, and the instant quote tool gives you a number in about thirty seconds without sending us anything. This form is for the projects where those numbers need adjusting — a migration, a large catalogue, or several services at once.

As accurate as what you tell us. Because the pricing is fixed and published, the quote is mostly a matter of working out which tiers your project falls into rather than deciding what to charge you. Where something genuinely can't be pinned down yet we'll say so and give you the range instead of a false precision.

Not in the slightest. It costs nothing, books nothing and starts nothing. You are welcome to take the quote to another agency and compare it — the numbers are the same ones on our website, so there is nothing in it we would be embarrassed to have shopped around.

It is used to write your quote and nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list, and it is not passed to anyone. How we handle and store it is set out in full in the privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any point.

Take the free audit. Send us your web address and we'll go through the site and the SEO underneath it and send back a written report in 48 hours, with no quote attached unless you ask for one. It is a much better way to work out whether you need anything at all.

Not ready to quote

Would an audit be more useful right now?

If you already have a site and you're not sure what it needs, the audit answers that first. Send the web address and we'll come back in writing within 48 hours — free, and with nothing owed either way.
