Four rebuilds, and what changed after.

Not a gallery of screenshots. Each of these shows the site before we touched it, the site afterwards, and the numbers underneath — including the ones that are harder to boast about.

How to read these

What actually counts as a result?

A prettier website is not a result. A result is a number that moved, or a job the site can now do that it could not do before — and the two are not the same thing. Two of these show money and traffic; two show a rebuild where the point was never a conversion rate.

The numbers are from analytics

Not estimates. WooCommerce and Google Analytics, comparing a real period after launch against the same stretch before it.

The screenshots are the real sites

Captured before we started and after we finished. Drag the handle across and judge the difference yourself rather than taking our word for it.

Where there's no number, we say so

A precinct website is not measured in sales. Pretending otherwise would be easy and would tell you nothing useful about the work.

The four

Which projects have write-ups?

Four, and each one has its own page with the full story — what was wrong, what we changed, and what happened afterwards. Two show a screenshot comparison you can drag through; two show the analytics.

Questions, answered

Questions about these results.

They come straight from the clients' own WooCommerce and Google Analytics accounts, comparing a defined period after launch against the equivalent period before it. We have not picked a flattering fortnight. Where a result is partly down to something other than the website — a season, a promotion, more stock — we would rather say that than claim the whole thing.

Honestly, we don't know, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. A site going from self-built to properly made has more room to move than one that is already decent. What we can say is what changed and why, so you can judge whether your situation looks like any of these.

Because sales figures would be meaningless for them. A city improvement district is not trying to convert anyone, and a store rebuild is judged on structure long before it shows up in revenue. Putting an invented percentage next to them would look better on this page and tell you nothing about the work.

Boba Licious went from start to live in three weeks. Most websites take two to four weeks once we have your content, and stores a little longer depending on the catalogue. The results take longer than the build — search and a new Google Business Profile need time to settle.

The same published prices as everything else — websites from R2 750, stores from R6 000, hosting from R70 a month. None of these were bespoke arrangements at a different rate. You can price your own on the services pages or through the instant quote tool.
