Marketing measured in enquiries.

Social media and Google Ads for South African businesses — built around where your buyers actually are, and reported on what it brought in rather than how many people saw it.

The problem

Why does marketing spend disappear without results?

Almost always because nobody is measuring the thing that matters. Reach, impressions and follower counts all go up while the phone stays quiet. If a report cannot tell you how many enquiries came in and what each one cost, it is not telling you whether the money worked.

Vanity numbers get reported

Impressions and likes are easy to grow and easy to show. Neither tells you whether a single person contacted you because of it.

Traffic lands nowhere useful

Ads point at a homepage that serves everybody. The click is paid for, the visitor arrives, and nothing on the page matches what they were promised.

Budget is spread too thin

A little on every channel means not enough on any of them. Small budgets work when they are concentrated where the buyers already are.

Where to spend

Where should my marketing budget actually go?

It depends on whether people are already looking for what you sell. If they are, Google Ads captures that demand at the moment it exists. If they are not, social creates it — building an audience over time, with paid boosting when you need reach faster. Most businesses need one of the two done properly rather than both done thinly.

Google Ads

For demand that already exists. Someone searching "emergency plumber Boksburg" is ready now, and you pay to be the answer. Google Ads

Social media marketing

For demand you have to build. Strategy, content and day-to-day posting that makes people know you before they need you — with paid boosting included on the larger plans when you need reach faster. Social media marketing

Reporting

How will I know whether it's working?

Because tracking is set up before the first rand is spent, not bolted on later. Every month you get the numbers that decide whether to continue: enquiries received, what each one cost, and which channel produced them. Reach and impressions are in there too, but they are context, not the headline.

Enquiries, counted

Calls, forms and WhatsApp messages tracked back to where they came from, so you know which channel earned them.

Cost per enquiry

The number that tells you whether the campaign pays. If an enquiry costs more than it is worth to you, we say so and change something.

Channel by channel

Split by where the money went, so budget can move toward what is working instead of being spread evenly out of habit.

What we changed

What was adjusted this month and why. A report with no decisions in it is a receipt, not a report.

Getting started

How does a campaign actually start?

With a review before a budget. We look at what you are already doing, where enquiries currently come from, and whether the pages your traffic would land on can convert at all. Marketing spend on a page that cannot convert is money spent twice — so if that is the problem, we say so first.

01
Review

Look before spending

Your current channels, your competitors, and where enquiries come from today. Free, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.

02
Plan

Pick the channel

One or two channels chosen deliberately, with a budget that is enough to matter. We would rather do one properly than three badly.

03
Track

Set up measurement

Conversion tracking wired in before launch, so the first month produces real numbers instead of guesses.

04
Run

Run, report, adjust

Campaigns run and get changed monthly based on what the numbers say — not left on autopilot until someone notices.

Pricing

What does digital marketing cost?

Two separate amounts, and we keep them separate. Your ad budget goes to Google or the platform, never to us, and you can see exactly what it bought. Our management fee is quoted monthly against the channels you are running. Ask and you get both figures in writing before anything starts.

Questions, answered

Marketing questions we get asked most.

Start from what a customer is worth to you, not from a number that feels comfortable. If a job earns you R5 000 and one enquiry in three becomes a job, you can afford a good deal per enquiry. We work that out with you before recommending a budget, because a budget set without it is guesswork.

Paid channels can produce enquiries in the first week, though the first month is mostly learning which audiences and messages work. Organic social is slower and compounds — think months rather than weeks. Anyone promising fast organic results is selling something.

No. Your ad budget goes directly to Google or the platform and we take none of it. Our fee is a separate management fee, quoted upfront. That way our incentive is not to talk you into spending more than the results justify.

Yes. Ad accounts, pixels and the data in them are set up in your name where possible, and stay with you if we part ways. An agency holding your ad account hostage is a common problem and not one we want to be part of.

If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads — the demand is there and you only have to be found. If they do not know they need you yet, social has to create that awareness first. The free audit tells you which situation you are in.

Usually not yet. Paying for traffic to land on a page that cannot convert means paying twice — once for the click and again to fix the page. If the review shows that is your situation, we will say so and point you at the website or a landing page first, even though it delays the marketing work.

No. Marketing runs month to month and you can stop whenever you like. We would rather keep you because the numbers justify it than because a contract does — though be aware that stopping a campaign mid-learning usually wastes what has been spent so far.

Not sure where your budget should go?

Send us your website and whichever channels you're already running. We'll look at what's working, what's being wasted, and where the next rand is best spent — including telling you to spend nothing yet, if that's the honest answer.
