Hosting that just works.
Fast, secure hosting for WordPress and WooCommerce on LiteSpeed servers behind the Imunify360 firewall — with unlimited bandwidth, and nobody on your team having to think about servers.
Does hosting actually affect my website?
More than most people expect. Hosting decides how fast your pages load, whether your site is online when someone searches for you, and whether there is a recent backup when something goes wrong. A good site on poor hosting behaves like a poor site.
Cheap hosting is slow hosting
Budget plans pack hundreds of sites onto one machine. Your pages get whatever is left over, and speed is something Google measures.
Out-of-date sites get broken into
Most WordPress sites are compromised through an old plugin, not a clever attack. Updates left undone are the opening.
No backup, no way back
The moment you need a backup is the moment you find out whether one exists. Discovering it does not, days later, is the expensive version.
What is included in managed hosting?
The server your site runs on and what protects it: LiteSpeed servers, the Imunify360 firewall, unlimited bandwidth, and storage, email and FTP accounts. Backups, updates and monitoring are the job of a care plan, so hosting can be taken on its own if somebody already looks after the site.
Hosting tuned for WordPress
Configured for WordPress and WooCommerce specifically, rather than a general-purpose plan your site has to fit into.
Imunify360 firewall
A server firewall that blocks malicious traffic and scans for malware before it ever reaches your website.
Unlimited bandwidth
No traffic caps and no surprise overage bill in the month one of your pages does unexpectedly well.
Room to grow
Storage, email and FTP accounts scale with the package — from 1GB on Starter up to 10GB and 200 mailboxes on Business.
Why not just use cheap shared hosting?
You can, and for a simple brochure site it may be fine. The difference is who does the work and who carries the risk. On budget hosting, updates, backups, security and speed are your problem — and support will tell you the fault is your website, not their server. Managed means those are ours.
Updates get done
WordPress, plugins and themes kept current, and checked afterwards. An update that breaks a page is caught by us, not by a customer.
Support that knows your site
You are talking to the people who built it, on South African time, instead of explaining your setup to a stranger from the start.
One place to ask
Hosting, updates and the website itself sit with one team, so nothing gets lost between a host and a developer blaming each other.
How do I move my site to your hosting?
We move it for you, and your current site stays online the whole time. The site is copied to the new server, tested there, and only then does the domain get pointed across — so visitors never meet a broken or half-migrated website.
Look at what you have
We check the size of the site, what it runs on and anything unusual about the setup, then tell you what moving it involves.
Copied and tested
A full copy is set up on the new server and tested there while your live site carries on serving visitors as normal.
Point the domain
Once the copy is confirmed working, the domain is pointed across. Email and anything else attached to the domain is checked too.
Monitored from day one
Backups, updates and uptime monitoring start immediately, and we keep a closer eye on things for the first weeks after the move.
What does managed hosting cost?
Hosting starts at R70 a month, with the package set by how much storage and how many email accounts you need. Care plans, which cover backups, updates and monitoring, are priced separately from R350 a month.
Hosting questions we get asked most.
No. Your current site keeps serving visitors while a copy is set up and tested on the new server. The domain is only pointed across once the copy is confirmed working, so there is no window where people find a broken site.
No. Your website is yours and you can host it anywhere. Hosting with us means one team handles the site and the server, but it is a choice, never a condition of the build.
We investigate as soon as it is reported or picked up. If the cause is a bad update or a broken change, your most recent backup gets the site back while we work out what went wrong — which is one of the reasons a care plan is worth having alongside the hosting.
Backups come with a care plan rather than the hosting package, and how often they are taken depends on the plan — monthly, weekly or daily. If your site takes orders or changes often, that frequency is worth choosing deliberately rather than by default.
LiteSpeed is the web server software, and it serves WordPress pages considerably faster than the older setups most budget hosts still run — speed being something Google measures. Imunify360 is a firewall that blocks malicious traffic and scans for malware before it reaches your site. Both come with every hosting package.
Hosting covers the server, security, backups and updates. Content changes and new work sit under website maintenance, which is included at different levels depending on the care plan you are on.
Yes, at any time. The site, the domain and the data are yours, and we hand over a full copy to whoever is taking it on. We would rather you stayed because it is working than because leaving is difficult.
Not sure what your site is sitting on?
Send us your web address and we'll check what it's hosted on, how fast it loads, whether SSL is set up properly and when it was last updated. No charge, and no need to change anything.
