Questions about the resources.

No. The tools are open to anyone, including people who have no intention of hiring us. The help centre guides are written for our own clients' email setups, but the steps are standard IMAP so they work for most hosting.

Because gating a tool halves the number of people who use it and fills your inbox with addresses that never wanted to hear from you. The free audit asks for details for the obvious reason that we have to send the PDF somewhere.

Message us on WhatsApp with the device you are on and where it stopped working. Email setup fails for a handful of predictable reasons and we can usually spot it from the error message alone.

The tool scores what you already believe about your site — instant, anonymous, and only as accurate as your own answers. The audit is a person checking what is actually there. Start with the tool; if it tells you enough, keep your time.

They get written when the same question arrives three times. If something you needed is missing, telling us is genuinely the fastest way to get it added — the current four all started as questions from clients.
