Who are SynthX Media?
A digital agency in Boksburg, Gauteng, working since 2019. We build websites and online stores, get them found in search, and then host and look after them — the same team from the first sketch to the hosting invoice. More than fifty websites and ninety projects have gone out the door in that time.
The clients are mostly ordinary South African businesses rather than brands you'd recognise: transport and logistics, manufacturing, retail and online stores, travel, medical practices, attorneys and accountants. Different trades, different sizes, and in every case the same question underneath — is this website actually bringing in work, or just existing?

Each service carries its tiers and its figures, so you can work out roughly what a project costs without booking a call. The number doesn't move depending on who's asking. See the prices
The words stay yours
We don't write website copy. You understand your trade and your customers better than we ever will, and pretending otherwise shows in the result. Social media packages are the one exception. Social media

Taking on work we're wrong for helps nobody, so if there's a better fit for what you need we'll point you at it. That costs us one project instead of a bad review.
We're still here after launch

Do you have to be near us?
No, and most clients aren't. Projects run remotely as standard and plenty of the businesses we've worked with for years have never been to the office. We're in Gauteng, we work across South Africa, and there are pages for the four cities we're asked about most.

The people doing the work. There is no account manager relaying your message to a developer and the answer back to you, which is usually where detail gets lost and timelines quietly stretch. If you send something in, it reaches whoever would build it.
Since 2019. More than fifty websites launched and over ninety projects delivered in that time, across transport, manufacturing, retail, travel, medical and professional services. Long enough to have made most of the mistakes already, which is genuinely the useful part.
Because hiding them wastes everybody's time. If our figures are wrong for your budget you should be able to find that out in thirty seconds rather than after two meetings. It also means we can't quote one number to you and a different one to somebody else, which we think is the real reason most agencies keep quiet.
We don't write website copy — that comes from you, and social media packages are the only exception. Beyond that, if something falls outside what we're genuinely good at we'll tell you rather than learn on your budget, and we'll point you somewhere better where we can.
Not at all. We're in Boksburg and work with businesses right across South Africa, from Pretoria and Johannesburg to the Cape. Everything runs on calls, staging links and email, so distance changes nothing about how a project is built or what it costs.
That's when hosting and care take over: updates, backups, security and the small fixes, from R70 a month. Handover isn't the end of the relationship for most of our clients — a site left alone for two years is how you end up needing a rebuild instead of a tidy-up.
