Talk to the people who do the work.

No call centre, no account manager relaying messages. Pick whichever way suits you — phone, email, WhatsApp or a booked call — and you'll be speaking to whoever would actually build the thing.

Four ways

How would you rather get hold of us?

All four reach the same people. WhatsApp is quickest, a booked call is best if you have a lot to explain, and anything sent outside business hours gets picked up the next working day.

WhatsApp

Quickest route, and usually the same day. Good for a quick question before you commit to anything. Open WhatsApp

Email

Send us the detail and we'll reply within one business day. Best if you want it all in writing. [email protected]

Phone

Weekdays 08:00 to 17:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 15:00. Straight through to a person. +27 76 942 1814

Book a call

Thirty minutes in the diary, video or voice. Best if there's a lot to work through. Pick a time

Where we are

Where are you based?

Boksburg, on the East Rand — Gauteng, South Africa. Most work runs remotely, so being down the road from us is not a requirement. Plenty of our clients have never been to the office.

The address

12 Lockheed Street, Impala Park, Boksburg, 1459. We work remotely rather than hosting visitors, so meetings happen online or at your premises.

When we're around

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Saturdays 09:00 to 15:00. Anything after that gets answered the next working day.

Who we work with

Businesses across South Africa, from Johannesburg and Pretoria to Durban, Gqeberha and Cape Town.

Send a message

Tell us about your project.

The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is. What you do, what is going wrong, and roughly what you are working with is plenty to start — we will come back within one business day.

After you send it

What happens next?

A reply from a person within one business day, and no sales sequence afterwards. If we are not the right fit we will say so, and where we can point you somewhere better we will do that instead.

01
Same day

We read it properly

Your message goes to the people who would do the work, not to a queue. If something is unclear we ask rather than guess.

02
One day

You get a real reply

An actual answer to what you asked, including a rough steer on cost where we can give one from the published pricing.

03
Optional

A call if it helps

Thirty minutes if there is a lot to work through. Plenty of projects never need one, and we will not push for it.

04
Your call

You decide

A quote, an audit, or nothing at all. We would rather you took the free audit and fixed it yourself than felt chased.

Before you write

Questions people ask first.

What your business does, what is going wrong or what you are trying to build, and your web address if you have one. That is enough for a useful first reply. You do not need a brief, a budget or a decision made — those come later, if at all.

No. Contacting us gets you a reply about the thing you asked, and nothing else. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no monthly check-in from someone you have never met.

Yes, all of it is published. Try the instant quote tool for a figure in about thirty seconds, or read the pricing straight off the services pages. Nothing is hidden behind a conversation.

No. We are in Boksburg on the East Rand, and we work with businesses across South Africa. Projects run remotely as standard, and plenty of clients we have worked with for years have never been to the office.

WhatsApp is fastest for anything urgent. For email setup and backups there are step-by-step guides in resources that will often sort it in five minutes without waiting for us at all.

Then we will tell you, and where we can point you somewhere more suitable we will. Taking on work we are wrong for helps nobody, and a straight answer costs us one project rather than a bad review.
