Free Site Scorecard · South Africa

Your website and your SEO, checked properly.

A real person reviews both halves of the problem — the site itself and the search foundation underneath it — then sends you a branded PDF showing where you're winning, where you're leaking, and what to fix first. Free, and yours to keep either way.

The offer

What is the Site Scorecard?

A structured review of your website and its SEO foundation, done by a person rather than a tool, delivered as a branded PDF within 48 hours. It is free because the businesses who get real value from it tend to come back when they want the fixes done — that is the whole funnel, and you are never obliged to take us up on it.

Real eyes, not a tool

Our team reviews the site themselves. No automated report generated in nine seconds and emailed without anyone reading it.

Both halves, not one

Plenty of audits look at the site and stop. Yours covers the search foundation underneath it too, because they fail each other.

Yours to keep

The PDF is yours whether you work with us or not. Share it with your team, hand it to your developer, ignore us entirely.

Half one

What gets checked on the website?

The parts that decide whether a visitor becomes an enquiry: speed, the path to contacting you, how it behaves on a phone, and whether it looks like a business worth buying from.

Conversion architecture

Is the site built to turn visitors into enquiries, or only to describe what you do? We follow the route a buyer would take.

Speed and Core Web Vitals

How fast it loads on a phone on mobile data, and the specific things slowing it down rather than just a score.

Mobile experience

Most South African visitors arrive on a phone. Tap targets, readability, and whether the important things survive the small screen.

Brand and trust signals

Real photography, reviews, accreditations and the things that make a stranger believe you are worth contacting.

Half two

What gets checked on the SEO?

The foundation rather than a campaign: whether Google can read and index you properly, whether your pages are set up to rank, what your buyers are actually searching for, and how you look in local search. Enough to tell you whether SEO is worth investing in and where it would start.

Technical foundation

Indexing, crawlability, sitemap and robots, redirects and broken links — the things that quietly stop pages ranking at all. Technical SEO

On-page setup

Titles, descriptions and heading structure on your key pages — written deliberately, or left to whatever a plugin generated.

What you should rank for

The searches your buyers actually use, what you show up for today, and who is appearing instead of you.

Local presence

Google Business Profile, consistent contact details across the web, and local schema — the signals that win local search. Local SEO

How it works

How does the audit actually run?

Four steps, and only the first one needs anything from you. Four fields, about sixty seconds, and then it is on us.

01
You

Send your details

Name, email, website address and business name. Four required fields, roughly sixty seconds.

02
Us

We check both halves

The site and the SEO foundation, reviewed by a person against the same framework every time.

03
Delivery

The PDF arrives

Within 48 hours your branded Scorecard lands in your inbox — yours to keep, share or act on.

04
You decide

Do what you like with it

Fix it yourself, hand it to your developer, or ask us to do the work. One follow-up a week later, and that is all.

Claim yours

Ready to see where you stand?

Fill in the form below and we will get to work. No commitment, no sales call required, and no newsletter you did not ask for. Within 48 hours you will know exactly where your site and your search visibility are winning, where they are leaking, and what to fix first.

What you end with

What does the PDF actually contain?

Findings on both halves, a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order, and the reasoning behind that order. Written so you can act on it without us — including if you hand it to another developer.

Findings on both halves

What we found on the website and what we found on the SEO, kept separate so you can see which is the bigger problem.

A prioritised list

Quick wins separated from the things that need real work, ordered by what each one is likely worth.

Where to start

One clear recommendation for the first thing to do — because a list of thirty items helps nobody.

Questions, answered

The honest answers.

There isn't one. We give the audit away because the businesses who get genuine value from it tend to come back when they want a partner to execute the fixes. That is the whole funnel, and you are never obligated to work with us.

Because it is how we start conversations with businesses worth working with. We would rather spend that time on a real review than on advertising, and an audit that only looked at your home page would not tell either of us anything useful.

No. We send the PDF, follow up once a week later to ask whether you have questions, and that is it. No newsletter signup, no drip sequence, no chasing.

Far enough to be useful and honest about what it is: the foundation rather than a full campaign analysis. Indexing, on-page setup, what you should be ranking for and how you look in local search. If the audit shows SEO is where your problem lies, that is when a longer piece of work makes sense — see SEO and its pricing.

Not to get started — the four fields on the form are enough, and most of what we check is visible from outside. If you are happy to share read-only Google Analytics or Search Console access, the SEO half gets more specific, but it is entirely optional.

The Scorecard needs an existing site to review. If you are starting from scratch, get in touch instead and we will point you at the right starting point — or look at what a website costs to get a sense of the numbers.

Then it says so and you have lost nothing. We would rather tell you the site is sound and that your problem is elsewhere than invent a list of work. Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing needs building yet.

Not at all. The audit is delivered entirely digitally and we work with businesses across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and everywhere in between.

Still deciding

The hardest part is looking.

You already suspect where the weak spot is. The Scorecard tells you whether you're right, whether it's the site or the search foundation, and which fix is worth doing first — for nothing, within 48 hours.
