Fixed-scope store packages with the price agreed before work starts. Pay once-off and own it from launch, or spread it over 12 months with hosting, SSL, updates and backups included.
Stores are priced as fixed-scope packages agreed before work begins, from R6 000 once-off or R799 a month. Every package includes 10 products, with further products at R350 per block of 10. What moves the price is how many pages you need and how much store functionality is being built.
Your first store, set up to start selling fast.
A growing store with room to scale your range.
An established store built to sell at volume.
Bigger or complex stores, scoped to you.
Ten products are included on every package, on any tier. Beyond that, products are loaded in blocks of ten at R350 per block. So a 50-product range on any package is the package price plus R1 400 for the additional forty.
Not a Starter-only limit. Whichever package you choose, the first ten products are part of the price.
Charged in blocks of ten, quoted with the package so the total is known before you commit to anything.
If your catalogue is already in a spreadsheet, bulk importing is usually quicker and cheaper than loading by hand. Send us what you have.
Four things sit outside the once-off package price: products beyond the first ten, hosting and care, payment gateway fees, and anything added after the scope is agreed. Monthly plans already include hosting, SSL, updates and backups. Gateway fees are charged by your provider, never by us.
R350 per block of ten, quoted upfront alongside the package so there is no surprise at the end.
Included on monthly plans. On a once-off build it is a separate monthly cost, and you are free to host anywhere. See hosting
Your gateway takes a percentage of each transaction. That is their charge, not ours — we take no commission on your sales.
New features after sign-off are quoted separately before we start them. You approve the cost first, every time.
Two options for the same store. Once-off is paid against the quote, with terms confirmed in writing before work starts, and the store is yours from launch. Monthly spreads it over a 12-month term that includes hosting, SSL, updates and backups — and the store becomes yours at the end of that term.
Tell us your range and what the store needs to do, and you get a written scope with a fixed price — including any product blocks beyond the first ten.
Accepting the quote confirms your place in the schedule and starts the work. Payment terms are set out in the quote, so nothing is a surprise.
Developed on staging, then real test orders end to end — payment, confirmation email and stock movement — before anyone can buy.
On a once-off build the store is yours from launch; on a monthly plan it becomes yours at the end of the 12-month term.
Extra products are loaded in blocks of ten at R350 a block, on any package. A hundred-product range is the package price plus R3 150 for the additional ninety. If your catalogue already exists in a spreadsheet, tell us — bulk importing is usually faster and works out cheaper.
Over twelve months you pay more than the once-off price, but the monthly figure also covers hosting, SSL, updates and backups for that year, which a once-off build pays for separately. If cash flow is not a constraint and you want to own the store immediately, once-off is the simpler route.
The store becomes yours at the end of the 12-month term. During the term you have a live, fully working shop with hosting, SSL, updates and backups included. If you would rather own it outright from launch, the once-off option does that.
No. We take nothing from your turnover, on either payment option. The only per-sale cost is your payment gateway's transaction fee, which goes to them. That is one of the main reasons we build on WooCommerce rather than a hosted platform.
Not necessarily. A store redesign is quoted once we have seen what you have, because existing products, content and rankings can often be carried across rather than rebuilt. The review that produces that quote is free.
Page count is usually the deciding factor rather than product count, since products are priced separately. Starter suits a single page plus a shop, Basic adds categories and filters for a growing range, and Business adds shipping zones, discounts and location SEO for higher volume. Tell us your range and we will point you at the right one, including down a tier if that is the honest answer.
Your logo if you have one, product photos, prices and descriptions, and a rough idea of the pages you need. We send you an outline of what each page should cover so you are not staring at a blank page. Product information arriving late is the most common reason a store takes longer than it should.
Tell us what you sell and how big the range is, and we'll send back a written scope with a fixed price on it — products included. Free, and yours to take to anyone else you're comparing.
