EMAIL SETUP: IPHONE

POP Setup:

Open Settings: On your iPhone, navigate to the Settings app.
Scroll Down: Scroll down and tap on “Mail.”
Accounts: Tap on “Accounts” and then “Add Account.”
Select Your Email Provider: Choose your email provider from the list provided. If your provider is not listed, select “Other.”
Enter Your Information: Enter your email address and password, then tap “Next.”
Verify Settings: Your iPhone will attempt to verify your email settings. If prompted, enter additional information such as server settings.
Choose POP: When asked for the type of account, select “POP.”
Enter Server Information: Input the incoming and outgoing mail server information provided by your email provider.
Finish Setup: Follow the prompts to complete the setup process, and your email should now be accessible through the Mail app on your iPhone.

IMAP Setup:

Open Settings: Again, navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone.
Scroll Down: Scroll Down and Tap on “Mail.”
Accounts: Tap on “Accounts” and then “Add Account.”
Select Your Email Provider: Choose your email provider from the list provided or select “Other” if your provider is not listed.
Enter Your Information: Enter your email address and password, then tap “Next.”
Verify Settings: Your iPhone will attempt to verify your email settings. If prompted, enter additional information such as server settings.
Choose IMAP: When asked for the type of account, select “IMAP.”
Enter Server Information: Input the incoming and outgoing mail server information provided by your email provider.
Finish Setup: Follow the prompts to complete the setup process, and your email should now be accessible through the Mail app on your iPhone.
